Mentorship Module

For Admins

An admin selects a mentor to conduct a mentorship session.

Configuring Mentorship Forms

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Configure Mentorship Forms.

Sections tab

• Click on Add New Section to create a new evaluation form.

1. Enter the required data.

2. Select Mentor to assign the section to the Mentor Evaluation Form.

3. Select Mentee to assign the section to the Mentee Evaluation Form.

4. Click Save to save your data.

Questions tab

• Click on Add New Question to create a new evaluation form question.

Enter the required data:

• Section: Where the question will be placed.

• Question Name: Title of the question.

• Type: Select Mentor to assign the question to the Mentor Evaluation Form or Mentee to assign it to the Mentee Evaluation Form.

Click Save to save your data.

Guide Questions tab

• Click on Add New Question to create a new guide question.

1. You will be redirected to a new page to enter necessary data.

2. Enter the Question Name.

3. Indicate whether the question includes a date field.

4. Click Save to save your data.

Set Mentors tab

• Click on Add Mentor to add a new mentor.

1. Enter the required data; Name: Select a mentor of your choice.

2. Click Save to save your data.

3. Upon saving, an email is sent to the selected mentor.

For Mentors

A mentor selects a mentee for mentorship.

Starting a Mentorship Session

1. Click on Modules

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Fill Mentor Evaluation Form.

Adding a mentee

• Click on Mentor New Staff.

1. You will be redirected to a new page to enter necessary data.

2. Click Save to save your data.

Initiating Mentorship

• Click Initiate to start mentorship.

• A confirmation message will pop up. Click OK to confirm.

• An email is sent to the mentee upon confirmation.

For mentees

Filling mentee meeting guide

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Fill Mentee Meetings Guide.

Mentorship Staff Guide Tab

• Click on Add New to schedule a mentorship meeting.

1. Select the mentorship period.

2. Click on Add New Mentorship Guide to save.

3. Click on Fill Guide Form to answer mentorship session questions.

Fill in the guide form below.

• Click Save Changes to store your data.

• Click Submit Guide to finalize.

• A confirmation message will pop up. Click OK to confirm submission.

• An email is sent to the mentor upon submission.

For Mentors: Reviewing Mentee Meetings Guide

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Review Mentee Meetings Guide.

Guide Reviews Tab

1. Click Approve to approve the meeting guide.

2. A pop-up will prompt you to enter a reason for approval.

3. Click OK to confirm.

4. An email is sent to the mentee upon approval.

Filling Mentor Evaluation Form

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Fill Mentor Evaluation Form.

Mentor Section Tab

1. Click on Fill Form to answer questions regarding the mentorship program.

2. Click Save Changes to store your data.

3. Click on the Paper Plane Icon to submit your form.

4. A confirmation message will pop up. Click OK to confirm submission.

5. An email is sent out upon submission.

For Mentees: Reviewing Mentee Evaluation Form

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Fill Mentee Evaluation Form.

Mentee Section Tab

1. Click on Fill Mentee Evaluation Form.

2. Click Save Changes to store your data.

3. Click on the Paper Plane Icon to submit the form.

4. A confirmation message will pop up. Click OK to confirm submission.

5. An email is sent out upon submission.

For Approvers

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Mentorship Approvals.

Mentor Approvals Tab

To display Mentor Approvals view.

• Click on View.

1. You will be redirected to a new page to enter necessary data.

2. Click Approve to confirm approval.

3. Click Reject to decline.

Mentee Approvals Tab

To display Mentee Approvals view.

• Click on View.

1. You will be redirected to a new page to enter necessary data.

2. Click Approve to confirm approval.

3. Click Reject to decline.

For Admins

1. Click on Modules.

2. Navigate to Mentorship.

3. Click on Mentorship Reports.
